Original Oils & Acrylics:

Original oils by Dawn Ferencak are painted in a variety of styles including abstract, nudes, tribal, and oriental themes. All works are created on gallery wrapped canvas so framing is not necessary, they are ready to hang. The paintings receive a gloss varnish upon completion. Standard sizes are 12 x 12, 8 x 24, 24 x 24, 24 x 36, 24 x 48, 36 x 36, 48 x 48, and 48 x 60. Additional sizes may be available.

Original Pastels:

Original pastels by Dawn Ferencak are created in a variety of styles. Prominent styles include still life, abstract designs and nudes (Dawn is famous for her nudes!) Sizes begin at 16 x 20. Common sizes are 22 x 30, 26 x 40, and 30 x 48. Works are covered with a final-fixative to prevent damage to the paper. Framing is recommended.

Etchings and Mixed-Media Nudes:

Dawn Ferencak has a variety of etchings and mixed-media nudes including works on paper with ink, pastel, watercolor and paint. Sizes begin at 3 x 5 inches and go up to 22 x 30. Larger sizes available by special request. Inquire to see many more works available which are not currently displayed on our web site.

The Paxton Collection:

We now carry a fabulous line of affordable artwork for kids! Each piece is handmade and comes with a certificate of authentication. It's never too early to teach your children the long-term value of original art, and the importance of supporting local artists.

Seasonal Previews:

Dawn Ferencak occasionally releases an early glimpse of works she's creating for a future release. She may offer these preview pieces at a special rate. Prices will revert to her standard annual rates when she releases the complete series.

Commissions and Special Orders:

Dawn Ferencak specializes in commissions and special orders. Works on our website, although available for sale, are also shown to help you and Dawn create a custom piece for your home. All commissioned works and special orders must be prepaid. ALL original artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by Dawn Ferencak.

Prices are determined on an annual basis and increase every January. Prices are determined by medium, size, subject matter, frame style, etc. Ferencak Gallery customers receive a 20% discount from the Great Frame Up in Oak Park. Shipping/handling/insurance additional based on ship to address and weight. All Illinois purchases will be charged the Chicago sales tax.
